Reiko Wireless Inc is not responsible for misuse, or any damaged caused by wrong installation, of an item. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please notify us by phone or email. We accept products exchange only (no credit or cash refund).

For items returned within 15 days from the date of the items received, the restocking charge will be waived. You may be responsible for a merchandise restocking charge of 15% within 16-30 days from the day of the item received, 50% within 31-60 days. Any items over 60 days from the received date cannot return.

* All items must be returned in original containers and/or manufacturer's packaging, same condition as they were received with instruction manuals.

* Any items that have been bent, scratched, altered or otherwise damaged or incomplete due to error are not acceptable for return.

* Bluetooth, Charms, Screen protector, Stereo Hands free/ stereo headset and other personal products can never be returned once opened.

* No merchandise can be returned without a proof of purchase from our company.
